• Job Description: Engineering Head with accountability and responsibility of engineering design execution performed by the EPC-1 Contractor for Utilities, Offsites and Inlets scope of the plant to ensure the delivery of a quality design in support of project execution activities, milestones and within approved funding. <\/li>\n
• Leads and coordinates key engineering activities amongst the EPC-1 PMT discipline engineers to execute detailed design engineering deliverables per the plan, to support procurement, construction and pre-comm\/comm planning and field execution activities. Drives the performance of the Contractor do deliver per plans and makes adjustments as required based on engineering KPIs.<\/li>\n
• Provides leadership and coordination with all other groups to ensure engineering deliverables and plans are integrated to support procurement, construction and commissioning\/start-up activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering<\/li>\n
  • 15 years Oil & Gas industry experience, with a strong background in detailed engineering management of Major Oil & Gas Projects, preferably experience on a major LNG project.<\/li>\n
  • Experience with engineering leadership, leading multi-discipline activities and well versed in design safety aspects of engineering<\/li>\n
  • Experience with Upstream sour service gas facilities (inlets)<\/li>\n
  • Experience with large utilities system design (steam, bfw, cooling towers, desalination, fuel gas, nitrogen, air, flare)<\/li>\n
  • Experience working with major EPC Contractors in a Lump Sum environment<\/li>\n
  • Experience troubleshooting utility packages<\/li>\n
  • Experience managing field engineering<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrates sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and communicate at all organizational levels<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrate ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds<\/li>\n
  • Commissioning and Start-up experience highly desireble<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
