We are looking for a skilled HR & Training Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. He\/She will be responsible for administrative tasks and will contribute to making the company a better place to work by protecting the workplace and filling employee seats with qualified candidates that further a company\u2019s culture and mission.<\/p>\n

The candidate will monitor the potential in employees and makes them utilize their training hours to the fullest. The aim of a competent HR is not to fill the spot; in fact, he\/she helps employees in their success by arranging effective and efficient training programs for them, and support them when they need guidance or support.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.<\/li>\n
• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.<\/li>\n
• Monitoring employee performance.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.<\/li>\n
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.<\/li>\n
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.<\/li>\n
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
• Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training.<\/li>\n
• Coordinating external training as the need arises.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of Kepler HR program.<\/li>\n
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.<\/li>\n
• Liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations.<\/li>\n
• Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  \u00b7 Ideally a bachelor\u2019s degree with an appropriate business science major is preferred.<\/p>\n

  \u00b7 Has a minimum of Two years' experience in the same position.<\/p>\n

  \u00b7 Demonstrable experience as a training officer.<\/p>\n

  \u00b7 Strong communication & interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n

  \u00b7 Show high level of ownership and responsibility.<\/p>\n

  \u00b7 Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.<\/p>\n

  \u00b7 Proven track record of boosting company growth through training.<\/p>\n

  \u00b7 Full understanding of the labor law, and relevant processes.<\/p>\n

  \u00b7 Excellent computer skills, specifically in excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.<\/p>\n
