The King Hussein Foundation \/ Institute For Family Health is looking to recruit:
\n* Project Supervisor (Fixed Term Health Project).
\n* Project Supervisor (Fixed Term Women Empowerment Project).
\nJob Purpose:
\nUnder the overall supervision of the project manager, the project supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the implementation of all related programs and activities that manage all administrative task requested for execution the project, including continues coordination and follow up on the site and in the office.
\nMajor Responsibilities:
\n– Develop business strategies so the rest of the team can be able to use them to better achieve project goals.
\n– Set Completion timelines and monitor progress to keep project on track and on schedule.
\n– Daily Follow-up with the project manager on project completion.
\n– Coordination of team meetings with relevant authorities related to the project.
\n– Prepare daily and Monthly narrative reports and submitting them to the project manager.
\n– Conduct project purchase orders and requesting project requirements of supplies and materials necessary to accomplish the work.
\n– Participate in attending meetings, courses and continuous educating in collaboration with the project manager.
\n– Follow up the infrastructure needed inside the project site according to previous specifications.
\n– Ensure that all transportation needs for the project is fulfilled coordination with the logistic department.
\n– Supervise and follow up project expenses according to the approved budget with coordination with project manager.
\n– Fully prepared to handle the required tasks by the line manager.
\nRequirements:
\n– Bachelor\u2019s Degree in pharmacy, Nursing, Medical lab or any related Field for Health project.
\n– Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Management, Business Administration or any related Field for Women Empowerment project.
\n– (5) years minimum experience in coordination and supervision of non-profit organization.
\nSkills & Abilities:
\n– Good computer skills ( Ms Office) specially Excel.
\n– Good communication skills.
\n– Good awareness of preparation reports and financial plans either in Arabic or English.
\n– Creative with coming up with new ideas & solutions.
\n– Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
\n– Being familiar with international ana humanitarian rules.
\nLanguage Requirements:
\n– Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written).
\n– Excellent Arabic communication skills (both oral and written).
\nWork Environment Requirement:
\n25% office work.
\n75% Field work.
