JOB PURPOSE: <\/p>\n
Perform various cleaning, maintenance, preparation, and stocking duties in the central kitchens which includes washing dishes, helping kitchen staff to prepare items and ensuring that all sections and work stations are clean, tidy and sanitized at all times.<\/p>\n

Ensure that all work areas are always clean, tidy and properly sanitized.<\/li>\n
Properly wash and dry all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.<\/li>\n
Neatly put away all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.<\/li>\n
Remove garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.<\/li>\n
Assist to unload food supplies from delivery vehicles and load finished items on to delivery vehicles<\/li>\n
Retrieve stock and other items from the refrigerator, freezer, and stockroom as per the chef's instructions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
