• Handle customers\u2019 interactions.<\/li>\n
• Communicate with customers\u2019 via multiple channels.<\/li>\n
• Answer all incoming requests and address customers\u2019 inquiries in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
• Log all necessary interaction details as instructed.<\/li>\n
• Re-direct requests as per the set processes and take full information as required.<\/li>\n
• Follow company procedures when handling incoming and outgoing interactions with the ability to resolve and close issues.<\/li>\n
• Escalate issues or unresolved queries to the Team Leader or Supervisor as directed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  The minimum requirements for this position are;<\/p>\n

  • Candidate must be fluent in English <\/strong>(minimum level B1<\/strong>) and Arabic.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening skills) in both languages.<\/li>\n
