Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n

• Maintaining accuracy in all financial reporting procedures<\/li>\n
• Handle accounts receivables & payables<\/li>\n
• Serving as an intermediary between departmental and external suppliers<\/li>\n
• Assigning daily tasks to team members such as processing payrolls and purchase orders<\/li>\n
• Compiling, analysing and reporting financial information<\/li>\n
• Implementing corrective measures to facilitate departmental objectives and goals<\/li>\n
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners<\/li>\n
• Managing accounting functions like maintaining the general ledger, month-end closing, and expense reporting<\/li>\n
• Ensuring accuracy of financial statements and payment transactions<\/li>\n
• Maintaining and updating vendor database and spreadsheets<\/li>\n
• Undertaking reconciliation of supplier statements<\/li>\n
• Negotiating payment terms with vendors and suppliers<\/li>\n
• Adhering to the Federal and State regulations and policies when conducting any accounting activities<\/li>\n
• Executing vendor payment runs and assessing tax related processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Experience in working with Tally Software<\/li>\n

  • Media experience is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualification<\/p>\n

    • Bachelors or Masters in Accounting<\/li>\n
    • Certifications in Tally or any accounting software will be added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
