Overview of the role<\/p>\n

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n

• Providing excellent customer service<\/li>\n
• Processing transactions quickly and accurately<\/li>\n
• Advising customers<\/li>\n
• Winning sales to meet targets<\/li>\n
• Maintaining eye-catching effective displays within the store<\/li>\n
• Following operating procedures<\/li>\n

  What you will do<\/p>\n

  Customer Service<\/p>\n

  • To achieve section budget set every month and on YTD by FM.<\/li>\n
  • To achieve section margin for the year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Inventory Management<\/p>\n

    \n
    • Annual stock loss to be measured by the section stock loss \u2013 SA to have maximum control on stock loss by following SLAP.<\/li>\n
    • To ensure that the Stock take objective is achieved by adhering to the inventory management \u2013 SOP\u2019s, 365 days of the year.<\/li>\n
    • Through effective communication, stock management systems and processes, ensure that your section has 100% on self-availability with correct merchandizing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Store Operations<\/p>\n

      \n
      • Execute the weekly bulletin on time and follow up against the requirements.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure that you participate in daily briefings and update yourself on business performance, new products, SOP\u2019s and HR initiatives.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure that the SOP\u2019s are being followed 100%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
