Job Purpose<\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide Company representation in executing the site activities of EPC<\/p>\n

Contractor and its sub-contractors for all electrical installations with a specific<\/p>\n

focus on HV installations.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Leads the monitoring and oversight of the EPC Contractor\u2019s field planning,<\/p>\n

coordination and execution activities within his area of responsibility.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Apprises the performance of the EPC Contractor in terms of safety, quality, cost<\/p>\n

and schedule<\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepares and provides routine verbal and written progress reports to the Site<\/p>\n

manager.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure that the EPC Contractor develops, implements and sustains its Safety and<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor of Engineering\/Science in Electrical Engineering<\/p>\n

\u2022 Valid COMPEX certification<\/p>\n

\u2022 Must hold or have held a AEP or SAEP authorization<\/p>\n

Knowledge and\/or Experience<\/p>\n

\u2022 Good written and verbal communications skills.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Good supervisory skills.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong understanding and demonstrable experience in the<\/p>\n

implementation of Safe Systems of Work related to operating companies<\/p>\n

Electrical Safety Rules and Isolation Procedures<\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum of (15) years broad experience in all phases of construction<\/p>\n

planning, field execution and mechanical completion activities for<\/p>\n

electrical installations.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum of (10) years experience in the installation, commissioning and<\/p>\n

Operation of High Voltage Equipment<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong understanding of high voltage power networks<\/p>\n

\u2022 Worldwide experience working with contractors and subcontractors, in<\/p>\n

particular those involved in the construction of Onshore oil, gas, chemical<\/p>\n

and\/or petrochemical plant facilities.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Middle East 5 years working experience is preferred.<\/p>\n
