The purpose of Warehouse Coordinator is to ensure accuracy of the stocks in the warehouse, shops have appropriate stock level, customers \/ individuals receives their orders on time and shipments are acknowledge and stored properly. <\/p>\n

Receive and check-in inventory purchases, deliveries and stock movements. <\/li>\n
Perform visual validation of received stocks to description and package details from original purchase order. <\/li>\n
Input product description information in current inventory systems. <\/li>\n
Pack and label completed orders for \u2018shipment\u2019 or \u2018pick-up\u2019. <\/li>\n
Maintain, update and follow-up on problem orders. <\/li>\n
Understand the flow of inventory between locations. Maintain a record of all transfers and clearance. <\/li>\n
Assist with daily loading and unloading of shipments and deliveries. <\/li>\n
Warehouse maintenance \u2013 observe cleanliness inside and outside the facilities. <\/li>\n
Conduct physical inventory and routine cycle counts (daily, weekly, and monthly). <\/li>\n
Support all point of sales achieving their target thru fulfilment of deliveries on a timely manner. <\/li>\n
Maintain a positive attitude towards works to ensure good relationships with the relevant departments \/ individuals. <\/li>\n
The role holder works within the business budget framework and has a minimum level of influence in terms of profitability and cost. <\/li>\n
Ensure the shops receive an appropriate stock level and receive a regular stock replenishment on a timely manner. <\/li>\n
Report any issues that could affect the day-to-day operation. <\/li>\n
Work closely with the warehouse supervisor and ensure stocks are delivered on time across to all point of sales. <\/li>\n
Continuous support to relevant departments \/ sections to achieve their target by providing them proper stock level, accurate stocks allocation and quick response on their orders. <\/li>\n
Continuous high-quality work performance by following the standard working procedures. <\/li>\n

2+ years experience in warehouse inventory or any other inventory-related level, preferably both in Qatar and elsewhere. <\/li>\n
Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain field an advantage. <\/li>\n
Ability to manage accurate inventory levels. <\/li>\n
Possess solid time management skills. <\/li>\n
Advanced computer literacy especially where any inventory software applications are concerned. <\/li>\n
Analytical and methodical with excellent attention to detail. <\/li>\n
