• Ensures that the onsite personnel including himself as and when required wears all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain required Quality & HSE certifications up-to-date<\/li>\n
• Responsible for the safe and cost-efficient execution of all Drilling\/Completion\/Workover related activities in accordance with the program<\/li>\n
• Accountable for all personnel at the wellsite and main camp<\/li>\n
• Manage all operations in a manner that ensures the well programmes are carried out in safe and cost effective manner, ensuring the health and safety of all personnel, protection of the environment<\/li>\n
• Ensure that all contractor and service company documentation such as BHA\u2019s, Pipe Tally\u2019s, Casing Tally\u2019s, Liner Tally\u2019s etc. are checked and verified as correct<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications: <\/p>\n

  \n
  • Minimum 15 years in Oil and Gas drilling and workover operations, of which 10 years in a Drilling Supervisory role<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Open Wells reporting system<\/li>\n
  • Technical writing and reporting must be fluent industry English<\/li>\n
  • BSc. Engineering Degree preferred, but not essential based on experience<\/li>\n
  • Current IWCF Certified, Level 4 Surface as a minimum<\/li>\n
  • Knowledgeable on specific drilling operations\/challenges (i.e. slow ROP, stuck pipe, stuck casing, cementing, completions, etc.) including MPD operations<\/li>\n
  • Excellent understanding of well control principles and knowledge of loss circulation and its procedures<\/li>\n
  • Experience with MPD operations and knowledge of MPD procedures and highly tectonically stressed wells<\/li>\n
  • Experience with both SOBM and WBM and fluid management and high temperature wells of 320 deg F or higher<\/li>\n
  • Experience with slim well designs, underreaming and flush casings and workovers in an aged field<\/li>\n
  • Experience with H2S environments and Bit Dull Grading<\/li>\n
  • Directional Drilling utilizing RSS and Turbines and Underreaming with and without directional assemblies<\/li>\n
  • Casing\/Liner running conventionally and\/or with CRT tools and Cementing and Fishing and Casing Exits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
