Overview of the Role:<\/p>\n

The Solution Expert will provide an expert level of skills & knowledge in the evaluation, development, testing and delivery of website using various technologies like HCL Dx application, WordPress and Sharepoint.<\/p>\n

What Will You Do<\/p>\n

• Collaborate with the business in identifying functional requirements for process groups, and create corresponding technical specifications<\/li>\n
• Work along with various internal and external team on technical solutions.<\/li>\n
• Create and modify configurations using defined development standards, procedures, and design specifications<\/li>\n
• Develop test scripts, perform unit testing, and contribute to integration testing of development objects<\/li>\n
• Provide technical support to end users; diagnose and resolve application-related issues, identify root causes, as well as institute corrective actions and preventive measures.<\/li>\n
• Carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate.<\/li>\n
• Ensure Change Controls are developed, tested & released according to an agreed schedule and ensure all high business impact changes are escalated as appropriate.<\/li>\n
• Expected to be involved in support activities and a number of development activities and to have developed excellent business process design skills.<\/li>\n
• Ensure the development team adhere to the standard guideline and best practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Understanding of the technical solution for other website platforms like WordPress and Sharepoint.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to manage a team for the day-to-day operations<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work with various internal and external to build solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Expertise on WCM API and REST API<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What equips you for the role:<\/p>\n

    \n
    • At minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital website development, with 3-4 years of experience in leading the team.<\/li>\n
    • Very good understanding of JAVA\/J2EE<\/li>\n
    • Very good portlet development knowledge<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of HTML\/HTML 5, CSS\/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Dojo and good knowledge of latest portal and bootstrap theme development<\/li>\n
    • Good Portal administrative skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to design solution and implement in WCM\/Portal environment.<\/li>\n
    • Custom WCM items like workflows\/plugins\/JSPs<\/li>\n
    • Preferable knowledge on dockers, container and Kubernetes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
