Responsibilities:
– Participate in the recruitment process starting from job announcement, shortlisting CVs till arranging interviews.
– Preparing job descriptions and coordinating the employment process.
– Support the orientation of new employees.
– Review the daily attendance by following up on the employees\u2019 vacations and leaves.
– Make sure all employee data in the MENA Itech system is validated and up to date.
– Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
– Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Requirements
– Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources.
– Manufacturing experience I a must.
– Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources in an industrial company.
– Good knowledge of MENA Itech \u2013 HRIS.
– Excellent dealing with MS Office.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Multi-tasking, Influencing, and networking, Attention to details
