We are looking for an experienced Sales account executive to join our Sales department. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients\u2019 needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.<\/p>\n

Essential Functions<\/p>\n

1. Manage key accounts<\/p>\n

2. Act as the point of contact for clients<\/p>\n

3. Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements<\/p>\n

4. Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner<\/p>\n

5. Identify new potential customers<\/p>\n

6. Supervise sales account representatives<\/p>\n

7. Ensure budget and time requirements are met<\/p>\n

8. Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches<\/p>\n

9. Establish best practices<\/p>\n

10. Monitor and report on sales performance analytics<\/p>\n

11. Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience<\/p>\n

12. Work periodically and daily on CRM permanent modification of the information<\/p>\n

1. Bachelor Degree <\/p>\n

2. Experience: 5-8 years<\/p>\n

1. Managerial, communication, analytical, customer-service, and interpersonal skills; ability to use customer relationship management and presentation software; familiarity with data analysis and sales or marketing principles<\/p>\n

2. Hands on experience with customer service<\/p>\n

3. An ability to gasp clients\u2019 needs and to increase customer engagement<\/p>\n

4. Solid knowledge of CRM software and Google Docs <\/p>\n
