• Driving and delivering sales performance and profit return Manage the inventory and planning.<\/li>\n
• Sales forecasting and monitoring of inventory levels across select brands.<\/li>\n
• Manage logistics and the Warehouse operation.<\/li>\n
• Marketing brands to increase their popularity among target consumers.<\/li>\n
• Leading and developing the franchise's network.<\/li>\n
• Lead and be responsible for recruitment, interviews, selection, training, and development of new employees.<\/li>\n
• Opening, closing, and cashing up correctly, ensuring all paperwork for the day has been completed correctly, including targets for the next day and a comprehensive handover.<\/li>\n
• Train and develop the team to ensure they deliver outstanding customer Service.<\/li>\n
• Understanding the impact that visual merchandising and balance of price points have on customer conversion, average spending, and gross profit margin results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n

  • BSc in Business, Operations Management, or related field.<\/li>\n
  • Has more than 7 years of experience with retail management.<\/li>\n
  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.<\/li>\n
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting.<\/li>\n
  • High experience in excel.<\/li>\n
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Leadership ability.<\/li>\n
  • Outstanding organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
