Details belong in the Work and Development plan.<\/p>\n 1. Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines, SOP\u2019s and donor requirements<\/p>\n 2. Implement delegated logistic functions portfolio according to Plan of Action<\/p>\n 3. Conduct and follow up daily operational logistic activities<\/p>\n 4. Support the administration of resources so that deliverables are achieved within set budgets, timelines and standards<\/p>\n 5. Prepare and develop logistic reports as required by Country\/Area office<\/p>\n 6. Support in development of SOPs as requested<\/p>\n 7. Ensure proper filing of all support documents<\/p>\n 8. Promote and share ideas for improvement of the logistic function<\/p>\n 9. Perform other duties, as assigned by Line Manager<\/p>\n Specific responsibilities<\/p>\n These responsibilities shall be adapted to the particularities of the job location and context, phase of operation, strategic focus and type of intervention. Under the supervision of Logistics coordinator maintain the asset register of the NRC Jordan Amman office, sub-offices and guesthouses with complete information and share the reports with management on a regular basis.<\/p>\n 2. Coordinate with the logistics and IT team receive newly purchased items assets from suppliers as per requisitions\/samples, issue asset tags as needed and deliver\/dispatch those to the concerned persons\/locations and maintain the record accordingly. 3. Prepare GRNs, Waybills and maintain their filing as per the NRC filing standards.<\/p>\n 4. Conduct regular physical checks twice a year for all fixed assets, identify any damage or obsolete items, report to relevant managers, and update the record accordingly.<\/p>\n 5.Travel to all field sites when needed including guesthouses, insure all NRC Jordan asset, and inventory management systems are in place and managed properly.<\/p>\n 6. Coordinate with ICT and procurement for Assets' repair and maintenance.<\/p>\n 7. Donor's Asset reporting as needed in coordination with Grants and Finance.<\/p>\n 8. Prepare disposal plans per program as per donor compliances.<\/p>\n 9. Work with the logistics coordinator and logistics manager on reviewing and updating the Assets SOPs in the country.<\/p>\n 10.
