  Role & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

  • Able to plan and arrange procurement of necessary medical equipment and supplies needed for the day \u2013 to day running site medical clinic.<\/li>\n
  • Trained in handling trauma\/accident cases<\/li>\n
  • To manage the Site Medical Clinics at the company\u2019s construction sites.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain regularly updated employees medical records that document all evaluations, medications, treatments, allergies, test results and other records<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate a patient\u2019s symptoms and determine the most appropriate course of treatment to address them.<\/li>\n
  • Supervise and evaluate Medical Assistants to ensure full compliance with regulations and make sure that the current company medical care is as effective as possible<\/li>\n
  • Consult patients on topics such as proper nutrition, fitness and hygiene to assist them in making informed decisions and taking good care of their health<\/li>\n
  • Competent and keep professional knowledge and skills up to date.<\/li>\n
  • To keep an update about MOL & MOPH rules & regulations and committed to act in a professional and timely manner.<\/li>\n
  • Capable of handling COVID 19 cases at site and company camps, in compliance with MOPH guidelines and best practice<\/li>\n
  • Submit daily\/weekly & monthly reports on all health-related cases in the company, such as injuries, sickness, and chronic disease, and describe precautions are taken, and preventive measures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • The doctor has to be an internal specialist, or family Doctor, or UK General Qualified practitioner. (A specialist who holds a degree from an internationally recognized University which is approved by Hamad Medical Corp (HMC)).<\/li>\n
    • Licensed Doctors meet regulations and licensing standards set by the Qatar Ministry of Health to assure competency and quality of health care providers in their specialty.<\/li>\n
    • A minimum of 7 \u2013 10 years progressive experience as a qualified doctor.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Qatar policies, Ministry of Health rules, and regulations is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
