Overview of the role<\/p>\n

We are currently looking for experienced Reception Supervisor to work for Al Futtaim Aftersales Services in Dubai. You will be responsible in delivering customer excellence and build a strong relationship with the customers with the aim of being the Auto Center of choice for all models vehicles.<\/p>\n

You will handle every facet of the site and work with Site Service Manager\/Regional Manager to run an efficient and profitable Auto Center through cost controls, achievement of operation & financial objectives & KPI and the maintenance of all service records.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/p>\n

• Work with the Service Manager to ensure that the strategic plan for the business is implemented which increases the retention of customers via exceptional levels of customer satisfaction<\/li>\n
• Organise, direct and control the activities of the site to exceed budgets, ensuring optimum use of all personnel and facilities resource <\/li>\n
• Plan, direct and supervise all aspects of the site operations, ensuring full utilization of the facility and resources<\/li>\n
• Ensure technical and process support to all staff and customers to ensure the \u201cFix it Right\u201d ratio is maximized<\/li>\n
• Ensure that the site stock and inventory levels are in order to maintain an efficient and operational site<\/li>\n
• Establish and maintain process ensuring that all vehicle repair and other work is carried out within an operational framework and to a standard that meets or exceeds all relevant legislation, good practice guidelines and delivers first class customer service.<\/li>\n
• Accountable for site customer satisfaction (CVS & NPS) scores and action plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Required skills to be successful<\/p>\n

  • Minimum 2 years of Reception Supervisor\/ Manager experience in the automotive industry<\/li>\n
  • Experienced in the automotive industry<\/li>\n
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Diploma<\/li>\n
  • Excellent MS Office skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    About the team<\/p>\n

    The role will report to the Service Manager and you will liaise with the workshop team, and to be on hand to answer any queries from other departments and customers. The role is responsible for ensuring all incoming work is planned while managing the time and resources.<\/p>\n

    What equips you for the role<\/p>\n

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any technical automotive related field<\/li>\n
    • 2-3 years\u2019 recent experience as a Reception Supervisor or Manager in the automotive industry<\/li>\n
    • Ability to communicate effectively and must have a strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills alongside with supervisory competence<\/li>\n
    • Excellent knowledge in MS Office <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
