Architecture & interior design studio Bashta is looking for an FF&E Manager in Dubai on a full-time basis.<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/p>\n

\n
• Manage the entry of Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) specifications from the interior design specification book to project installation and reconciliation.<\/li>\n
• Work with the interior design department\/customer to establish project timelines, quantities, and required delivery schedules.<\/li>\n
• During the pricing process, assist in resolving any issues and\/or provide clarification by working with the internal departments, interior designer, supplier, and Client.<\/li>\n
• Develop FF&E project schedules, monitor progress, and complete projects on plan.<\/li>\n
• Develop proposed project budgets and maintain project expenditures within budget.<\/li>\n
• Develop and interpret specifications, scopes of work, and contracts where applicable. <\/li>\n
• Effectively communicate and update superiors on project progress. <\/li>\n
• Hold regular status meetings with the project team. <\/li>\n
• Facilitate client meetings effectively. <\/li>\n
• Manage day-to-day client interaction. <\/li>\n
• Compellingly convey project findings through the preparation of reports and customer presentations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/p>\n

  • Bachelor's degree required<\/li>\n
  • 2-3 minimum years of purchasing or project management experience preferred.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to function well under heavy workload with multiple priorities<\/li>\n
  • Experience with UAE, USA, UK, and Italian brands markets is highly beneficial.<\/li>\n
  • Must be proficient with the entire Microsoft Office and Adobe suite of products.<\/li>\n
  • Must have solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing (in English).<\/li>\n
  • Significant experience within a complex and large estate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Terms<\/p>\n

    • Work on the part of the Client.<\/li>\n
    • Work with projects of commercial and residential segments, ranging from 450 to 1000 sq.m.<\/li>\n
    • The level of remuneration is discussed at the meeting.<\/li>\n
