Overview of the role:<\/p>\n

To support the Aftersales Manager in the management of the parts operation (workshop and retail counter) to achieve budgeted revenue, customer satisfaction and actively promote Hino Genuine Parts. At the same time the key focus is to create and advocate a culture of challenge to promote continuous improvement that ultimately leads to customer engagement. <\/p>\n

What you will do:<\/p>\n

Maximize the revenue potential from aftersales operations to meet the revenue and margin performance objectives through service operation and retail counter sales.<\/p>\n

Should be able to use ARIBA for procurement purposes and very well aware about ordering required items. <\/p>\n

Ensure accurate data capture of customer details on SAP by the Parts sales representative -retail counter for effective customer management.<\/p>\n

Submit accurate weekly forecasts based on analysis of actual market trends, sales conversions, invoices etc for Management reporting. <\/p>\n

Handle customer enquiry\/complaints\/escalation to enhance business and customer experience opportunities by ensuring that Al-Futtaim customer centricity values are reflected<\/p>\n

Carry out monthly parts inventory and report the results to the management and take immediate actions to control any discrepancy. <\/p>\n

Carry out regular review of VOR orders for item that should become stock items.<\/p>\n

Parts knowledge in commercial vehicles <\/p>\n

Good communication & negotiable skills<\/p>\n

Holding UAE driving license <\/p>\n

About the Team:<\/p>\n

The role will report to Parts Manager and you will be working in a very busy environment where you will be dealing with customers on dialy basis <\/p>\n

Diploma or degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering <\/p>\n

Minimum (5) years experince <\/p>\n

People Management <\/p>\n
