Summary Scope of Work:<\/p>\n

• The HR manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of HR department operations including but not limited to training and personnel management. He\/ She will oversee all functions of the Human Resources department, provide support to employees, and ensure that the company\u2019s HR initiatives contribute to a healthy work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Supervise the implementation of hiring and training plans.<\/li>\n
  • Supervise personnel process (i.e., attendance, salaries) and admin (i.e., reception, archive, transportation)<\/li>\n
  • Guarantee the implementation of HR policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Manage the performance appraisal process.<\/li>\n
  • Address and solve employees\u2019 complaints and\/ or disputes.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee the implementation of human resources programs.<\/li>\n
  • Address employees\u2019 queries (e.g. on compensation and labor<\/li>\n
  • regulations)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills<\/p>\n

    \n
    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, organizational psychology\/ behavior or HR management.<\/li>\n
    • More than 10 years of experience with at least 7 in a relevant field<\/li>\n
    • Master Degree in Business or Human Recourses , is an asset<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in English and Arabic<\/li>\n
    • Highly independent and well organized<\/li>\n
    • Excellent problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
    • Excellent people and communication skills <\/li>\n
    • Collaborator and team player<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work with a diverse workforce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
