Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Overall responsibility of the Finance Department (transactional Finance).<\/li>\n
• Provide support to all finance sections.<\/li>\n
• Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.<\/li>\n
• Maintains accounting system.<\/li>\n
• Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.<\/li>\n
• Reviews financial reports.<\/li>\n
• Prepares financial forecasts.<\/li>\n
• Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.<\/li>\n
• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.<\/li>\n
• Assists management to make financial decisions.<\/li>\n
• Supervises employees.<\/li>\n
• Investigates means to improve profitability.<\/li>\n
• Reviews and processes payments of the company.<\/li>\n
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.<\/li>\n
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.<\/li>\n

  • Professional Qualification CIMA or ACCA with management accounting experience of 7 to 10 years.<\/li>\n
  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Commerce\/Accounting\/Finance or MBA will be an added advantage. <\/li>\n
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills. <\/li>\n
  • Ability to work in a fast\u2013paced, demanding work environment. <\/li>\n
  • Be professional and courteous. <\/li>\n
  • Advanced capability in using Excel and accounting packages. <\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills. <\/li>\n
  • Willing to cross train with others in the department. <\/li>\n
  • Minimum experience of 6 years as an accountant and preferably in a hospital setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
