Job Purpose:<\/p>\n

To manage the marketing and corporate communications of the nurseries.<\/p>\n

To plan and implement digital and offline strategies to boost the nursery\u2019s brand and reputation, with the purpose of increasing registrations.<\/p>\n

Major Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n
• Preparing marketing materials of the nurseries.<\/li>\n
• Planning various marketing activities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.<\/li>\n
• Keeping track of Exhibitions and seminars wherein to market the Nursery\u2019s brand and increase queries and admission.<\/li>\n
• Managing online, social media and where appropriate print advertising campaigns that result in increased admissions.<\/li>\n
• Interacting with nursery managers on routine basis.<\/li>\n
• Managing the website and ensure it remains current, increase reach by effective use of SEO techniques, creating new pages as required.<\/li>\n
• Posting attractive and relevant posts on social media channels to increase interaction with desired audience, increased market reach, positive impression and generating leads.<\/li>\n
• Managing social media communications and posts, increasing engagement and interactions, responding to enquiries, and escalating issues<\/li>\n
• Preparing content for the blog and sharing the link on social media platforms.<\/li>\n
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on social media marketing and sales report and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies<\/li>\n
• Monitoring and reporting on competition and making appropriate recommendations<\/li>\n
• Preparing and managing cost effective marketing budget<\/li>\n
• Managing existing CRM system and updating inquiries through Airtable on daily basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Key Qualifications:<\/p>\n

  Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing or related discipline Certification in digital\/social media marketing will be strong plus<\/p>\n

  Key Skills:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • 1-3 year's experience in the marketing and branding function, preferably in the education sector.<\/li>\n
  • Creative and Strategic thinker and effective executor of marketing and branding strategies<\/li>\n
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage<\/li>\n
  • Proficient in social media marketing techniques including knowledge of SEO<\/li>\n
  • Proficient in word processing and Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n
  • Proficient in graphic design and applications<\/li>\n
  • Effective planning, organisational and time management skills.<\/li>\n
  • High level of commitment and loyalty.<\/li>\n
  • Self-starter and ability to work under minimal supervision<\/li>\n
  • Team player and ability to collaborate across functions<\/li>\n
