We are looking to hire an indivisual in the prosition of "Document Controller \/ Project Coordinator" ; to be based in Amman SWT Pack Office ; and serve for Riyadh branch. <\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Responsible to supervise the distribution of all official submittals such as correspondence,monthly reports,daily reports, material Engineering Dwg. Submittals ETC.<\/li>\n
2. Manage Document Controller department and Digital Management system(DMS)<\/li>\n
3. Project Weekly\/Monthly and Year to date (YTD) Report<\/li>\n
4. Creation of Key Progress Indicator (KPI) Dashboard report of the project<\/li>\n
5. Prepare Share point\/Create folders and Update data.<\/li>\n
6. Develop Project protocols and digital numbering system<\/li>\n
7. Document Controlling Through Aconex or Primavera<\/li>\n
8. Manage WBPMS(Dcumentation Data) for inside and outside the country (when Available between Jordan and KSA)<\/li>\n
9. Manage Document Submittals Sheets(DTS) from contractor<\/li>\n
10. Manage all correspondence with client and contractor<\/li>\n
11. Arrange all official documents on data Bank in Hard and soft copy<\/li>\n
12. Prepare minutes of meetings (MOM) records and Updates<\/li>\n
13. Follow Up with all Incoming and Outgoing correspondence. Record of weekly,monthly,quarterly.<\/li>\n
14. Project progress reports. Monitoring and Day to day supervision of DCD operations<\/li>\n
15. Supervise the checking and processing of all incoming documents (drawing,Materials product submittals, method statement,specifications,RFI\u2026NCR,Sketches,calculations reports, test reports)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Bachelor Degree in Computer , Communication, IT , or any related studies. <\/li>\n
    • Minimum of 1-2 Years Experience <\/li>\n
    • English Language : Advanced Level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
