Generate and manage new listings for rent and sale via the companies database and through networking<\/p>\n

Arrange viewings with potential clients and develop long-lasting relationships<\/p>\n

Negotiation with prospective buyers\/tenants and sellers\/landlords from viewing through to offer stage<\/p>\n

Keep up to date with new launches and current market trends<\/p>\n
