Our Client
Our Abu Dhabi based client is currently looking for a for a sharp, intelligent, dynamic and agile Project manager with strong experience in the delivery of ERP projects. They will soon be embarking on a major and strategic business transformation of Dynamics 365 (Cloud).
Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

• Reporting into the business transformation PMO, the ERP project will act as the conduit between the PMO delivery teams and business and project stakeholders.<\/li>\n
• Leads project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities.<\/li>\n
• Leads, directs and manages limited resources to accomplish project objectives on time, within budget and to expectations using standard project management tools, techniques and methods.<\/li>\n
• Provides a direct interface between project members, business stakeholders and vendors.<\/li>\n
• Adheres to PMO guidelines, utilises PMO templates, adheres to PMO reporting requirements, attends project meetings, drive accountability and rectifies non compliances.<\/li>\n
• Establishes internal procedures for collection, storage, and distribution of information. Ensure information accessibility and capable use by stakeholders. Meet commitments and build trust. Develops positive working relationships.<\/li>\n
• Provides value-add contributions, including being business savvy, understanding business and\/or finance concepts and best-practices utilised in business transformation and\/or ERP systems.<\/li>\n
• Shares knowledge in a timely manner to enable others to increase their effectiveness. Enhances communications across the enterprise. Removes barriers and bottlenecks by sharing knowledge.<\/li>\n
• Coaches and advises team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical\/operational issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your Qualifications<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Be familiar or extensive used Agile-scrum delivery methods in ERP projects and the management thereof.<\/li>\n
  • Must be able to hold scrum meetings, daily stand-ups, internal project meetings to drive results and ensure deliverables are accomplished on time.<\/li>\n
  • Have experience working leading cross-functional teams (functional and technical) and with external partners to gather and share information and build communications content effectively.<\/li>\n
  • Must have DevOps tools experience – Microsoft Azure DevOps (preferred), Jira, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Have extensive experience in using Project management tools to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring activities – Planview (preferred), MS Project, TeamGantt, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Have extensive MS Office experience for presentations in steering committee meetings, presentations, daily communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
