A Chef de Partie &#8211; Pastrywill also be required to plan production and develop seasonal offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist running the pastry section of the kitchen<\/li>\n<li>Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings<\/li>\n<li>Bring creativity to the pastry offerings<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation<\/li>\n<li>Plan production to facilitate daily requirements<\/li>\n<li>Develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings<\/li>\n<li>Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What are we looking for<br \/>Chef de Partie &#8211; Pastry serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
