JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Proposition Manager Priority Banking<\/strong>
Location: Abu Dhabi <\/strong>
Role Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Assisting in developing and managing the Priority Banking proposition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Enhance the Priority Banking proposition to contribute towards segment revenue and profitability.<\/li>\n
  • Initiate and deliver all campaigns for Priority customers and coordinate with internal stakeholders for the target results.<\/li>\n
  • Manage customer segmentation (i.e. upgrade, downgrade, RM tagging) according to the approved process.<\/li>\n
  • Resolve escalated Priority Banking complaints in conjunction with CRU in a prompt and efficient manner.<\/li>\n
  • Manage contracts\/SLAs with external vendors and obtain required Legal, Compliance and Sharia approvals.<\/li>\n
  • Execute customer communication plan of Priority Banking for better customer engagement.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in development and roll out of improved Priority Banking processes to enhance customer experience <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Specialist Skills \/ Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • Extensive knowledge of Retail Banking products & services and customer segment propositions<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of marketing and promotion<\/li>\n
    • General awareness of competitors in the local banking industry.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Previous Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
      • At least 3 years of experience managing a segment\/banking preposition, product or a brand if outside a market.<\/li>\n
      • Previous experience in the field of marketing or brand management is a plus.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in customer service\/service management is desirable.<\/li>\n
      • Previous experience of handling and delivering projects.<\/li>\n
      • Previous experience being with accountable for a financial target.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
