Key Responsibilities\/Job Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Attend all assigned workshops\/focus group discussions, arriving on time.<\/li>\n
2. Take detailed, clear, and accurate notes and other information provided during the workshops\/focus group discussions.<\/li>\n
3. Use Empowered aid note taking guide and ensure each section is filled completely.<\/li>\n
4. Attend pre-training session on 24th November 2022 and ensure full understanding of the project and requirement.<\/li>\n
5. Ensure notes are adequate in content, identifying key points and relevant information<\/li>\n
6. Ensure notes are legible and readable.<\/li>\n
7. Keep documentation well filed<\/li>\n
8. Maintain confidentiality of beneficiaries\u2019 personal information<\/li>\n
9. Maintain accurate record of hours worked and update attendance sheet accordingly<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   Qualifications and Experience needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n

   \n
   1. Enumerates should have previous experience on data collection, participatory group discussion, interview, and workshops.<\/li>\n
   2. Experience working in the camp is an advantage.<\/li>\n
   3. Arrive on time and value it.<\/li>\n
   4. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with staff and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
