• Work closely with Customer Support to triage, recreate, test, and release production and project issues.<\/li>\n
• Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring all steps are carried out to support a resolution for the customer.<\/li>\n
• Escalate issues efficiently to ensure fast resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n
• Keeping customers informed while customer queries\/escalations are being resolved.<\/li>\n
• Participate in sprint planning sessions providing estimates on QA efforts.<\/li>\n
• Creation of Manual and Automated test cases and test data.<\/li>\n
• Ensure test coverage and maintenance of existing automation test suites.<\/li>\n
• Reporting product issues, bug analysis, and investigation to resolution.<\/li>\n
• Test Environment setup and configuration as per requirements.<\/li>\n
• Analyze, document, and report test findings within the Test Management tool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.<\/li>\n
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar QA role working on customer\/production issues.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting on a range of different products.<\/li>\n
  • Experience testing frontend and backend end-to-end test scenarios.<\/li>\n
  • Experience using test case management & defect tracking tools.<\/li>\n
  • Familiarity with XML, SQL Scripting, Oracle, and Database technology.<\/li>\n
  • Environment configuration \u2013 Windows and Linux experience.<\/li>\n
  • Experience working within an Agile\/Scrum environment.<\/li>\n
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • High level of attention to detail and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work across multiple product areas and remain quality focused.<\/li>\n
  • Experience automating frontend and backend tests.<\/li>\n
  • Experience using a test automation framework such as Selenium, TestNG.<\/li>\n
  • Experience testing Web and Mobile Applications.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in CI\/CD tooling such as Jenkins.<\/li>\n
  • Experience testing APIs.<\/li>\n
  • Direct experience with Payments or Card processing.<\/li>\n
  • Hardware\/Device testing experience.<\/li>\n
  • Strong customer orientation.<\/li>\n
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player, with a proactive and can-do attitude.<\/li>\n
  • Articulate communicator, ability to present ideas clearly and precisely with concise attention to detail to both peers and colleagues alike.<\/li>\n
