Objectives of the freelancer<\/strong><\/p>\n

To oversee and monitor the implementation of the sessions with CF partners and follow up on the MEAL requirement, making sure that all the project objectives are met on the field<\/p>\n

Supervisory<\/strong> responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

The project assistant main tasks:<\/p>\n

• Field visits to celebrating families sessions<\/li>\n
• Assist the PO in Following up with partners making sure they submit all MEAL requirement (pre\/post, tests, attendance sheets, photos \u2026etc.)<\/li>\n
• Assist the PO in the reporting providing all the information needed from the field.<\/li>\n
• Assist in the procurement process providing stationary, refreshments assets, etc. in addition to delivering it to the partners.<\/li>\n
• Assist the PO arranging other departments visits with the partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications<\/strong> and<\/strong> skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor Degree<\/li>\n
  • Experience working with Faith institutes<\/li>\n
  • Good English skills<\/li>\n
  • Fluent Arabic<\/li>\n
  • Good verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Active listening skills<\/li>\n
  • Empathy, respect, tact, and a non-judgmental, persuasive, reassuring approach<\/li>\n
  • Positivity and a supportive and motivating approach<\/li>\n
  • Good time-management and planning skills<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n
  • Ability to travel to partners<\/li>\n
  • Driver license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
