Role Summary:<\/p>\n

• Responsible to create and sustain a productive work culture and safe work environment in order to avoid and minimize HSE related problems. These problems include but are not limited to prevention of human injury, environmental degradation and unsafe working conditions\/practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Develop a culture to anticipate and prevent health hazardous conditions.<\/li>\n
  • Handle safety assessments and deploy corrective measures to minimize hazard risk profile.<\/li>\n
  • Review plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety requirements<\/li>\n
  • Drive behaviours preventing illnesses in work place by engaging management commitment.<\/li>\n
  • Interpret legal requirements and standards by monitoring R&D projects.<\/li>\n
  • Investigate incidents, determine root cause and develop corrective actions.<\/li>\n
  • Support HSE inspections, audits and self-assessments.<\/li>\n
  • Manage reports and present summaries to management with suggested solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Handle DSP hygiene, equipment protection, machine guarding and other health and safety programs.<\/li>\n
  • Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of various safety control mechanisms<\/li>\n
  • Review employee safety programs and recommend improvements<\/li>\n
  • Prepare weekly & monthly report to HSE team leader<\/li>\n
