Job Purpose:<\/p>\n

Leads the monitoring and oversight of the NFXP Pipelines Sub-Sea Structures Contractor Team field planning, coordination, and execution activities within designated area of responsibility.<\/p>\n

Appraises the performance of the NFXP Pipelines Sub-Sea Structures Contractor Team in safety, quality and schedule<\/p>\n

Prepares and provides routine verbal and written progress reports to the HOC, FAB yard-2 and updates S-curve performance of the contractor with analysis to achieve progress<\/p>\n

Ensures that the NFXP offshore Pipelines Sub-Sea Structures contractor Team develops, implements, and sustains its Safety and Quality program at site.<\/p>\n

Review the NFXP off shore Pipelines Sub-Sea Structures contractor\u2018s Construction deliverables like Method statements, Construction Procedures, Concrete quality checks as per company specifications<\/p>\n

Reports to NFXP Offshore Head of Construction (HOC) QFAB and\/or to the delegated authority by HOC per work division<\/p>\n

Key Job Accountabilities:<\/p>\n

General \/ Supervision:<\/p>\n

• Provides safety leadership by example to the NFXP Offshore Project Team and the NFXP offshore Contractor and its sub-contractors and site vendors<\/li>\n
• Responsible for Ensuring the NFXP offshore contractor team Implements and sustains its obligations and responsibilities for HSES project deliverables.<\/li>\n
• As NFXP Offshore Project Team Construction representative for monitoring and coordinating site activities of the NFXP offshore Contractor team and its subcontractor(s) in their area of responsibility<\/li>\n
• Reports on the construction activities, Progress, areas of concern and mitigating actions to head of Construction Fabrication yard-2 and participate & contribute to weekly construction discipline review meetings.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for implementation of execution activities and ensures development, review, and approval (as required) of appropriate plans, procedures, and programs for safe and effective execution. This includes authorization of COMPANY\/RLIC permits wherever necessary.<\/li>\n
• Reviews and approves the NFXP offshore Contractor team\u2019s work plans, pre-task planning and method statements and participate in Constructability reviews, Hazid workshops during construction to ensure comprehensive safety and feasibility in their area of responsibility<\/li>\n
• Help in identifying and organising all required construction support (Third Party support, Joint-Venture partner technical support, etc.) in liaison with the NFXP Offshore Pipelines Sub-Sea Structures.<\/li>\n
• Review construction risks and assist in providing mitigation measures. Report Risks to the NFXP Offshore Head of Construction QFAB Fab Yard, review the EPCI schedule level 3 prepared by the Contractor.<\/li>\n
• Monitors site material handling, preservation, and warehousing procedures with respect to their area to facilitate construction progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n

  Qualifications:<\/p>\n

  Recognised Engineering or Construction degree or significant experience with City & Guilds or similar diploma.<\/p>\n

  Knowledge and\/or Experience:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Minimum 10 yrs. experience in fabrication, construction within the offshore oil and gas industry.<\/li>\n
  • Experience with Offshore concrete sub-sea structures and similar construction work at supervisory level and exhaustive experience for the preparation, fabrication, and construction of offshore sub-sea structures with EPCI contractors.<\/li>\n
  • Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Technical and Business Skills:<\/p>\n

    • Able to supervise a multi-cultural team committed to meeting project objectives.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT<\/li>\n
    • A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English<\/li>\n
