  • 15 years of progressive experience in a directly related field.<\/li>\n
  • 10 years of professional experience in application automation and development services in an enterprise level environment.<\/li>\n
  • Education Qualification- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Engineering\/Science, Electronics Engineering, or any other appropriately relevant field.<\/li>\n
  • Mange timely multi-level support of application\u2019s problems, issues and incidents adopting industry service management practices and using automation tools for optimal resolution of employees and customers complaints<\/li>\n
  • Integrate Retail, ERP, portals, mobility, web, APIs, Cloud SAS, in house developed apps and closed loop business systems to optimize the company\u2019s performance, resources, costs, TCO, ROI, communications and time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
