Job Description
The Store Trainer will manage the training activities for their specifically assigned scope of work.
The primary training activities will include:
DELIVERY<\/p>\n

• Deliver\/Facilitate One-to-one, classroom, meeting, in store training<\/li>\n
• Ability to adapt style and methodology to meet the audiences needs<\/li>\n
• Create a positive learning environment\/culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  CONSULTANT<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Be the Training Expert and partner for the Store Manager and the Retail Area Manager<\/li>\n
  • Provide effective recommendations and solutions to meet Business Training needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    PERFORMANCE<\/p>\n

    \n
    • Monitor the Training KPIs according to the global frame work (NPS, Retention, Behaviours, ROTI)<\/li>\n
    • Monitor & Analyse Business KPIs in order to identify learning solutions to impact sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      COACHING<\/p>\n

      \n
      • Strong ability to identify and leverage coaching moments to change behaviors and improve performance<\/li>\n
      • Ability to adjust style and approach to coach at any level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        SELLING EXPERTISE <\/p>\n

        • Confident and experienced at selling<\/li>\n
        • Strong ability to read customers and uncover needs<\/li>\n
        • Ability to transfer selling skills and techniques<\/li>\n
        • Experienced in product storytelling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Be the voice of the Retail Academy<\/li>\n
                • Develop and execute communication strategies tied to the Business Training projects<\/li>\n
                • Be a Change Management leader for all Business Training processes and Retail evolution<\/li>\n
                • Ensure training content and delivery is meeting communicated expectations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
