• Ensuring maximum benefit for Programs' beneficiaries and their support and development through all creating structured and connected community <\/li>\n
• Linking between beneficiaries and internal departments <\/li>\n
• Linking between industry ,market and key stakeholder <\/li>\n
• Responsible to conduct all studies and researches related to the market needs and link it with the beneficiaries community. <\/li>\n
• Responsible to deliver the program KPI\u2019s (related to beneficiaries) <\/li>\n
• Report to the PMO on beneficiaries detailed progress <\/li>\n
• Create a digital platform for the database <\/li>\n
• Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns related to beneficiaries to align with marketing strategies <\/li>\n
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness <\/li>\n
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Education & Experience : <\/p>\n

  <\/p>\n

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications, Business Administration, or management and preferably MBA in those fields. <\/li>\n
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, working with NGOs or education bodies is appreciated <\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of digital ecosystem <\/li>\n
  • Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques; performance evaluation and change management principles <\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of platforms used in community management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
