Your day to day
our Human Resources Officer will support the HR Manager in managing all HR related activities within the property; taking ownership of recruitment activities to support the HOD\u2019s.
our Human Resources Officer is Responsible for supporting in the compilation, implementation and monitoring of the property\u2019s Human Resources strategy, ensuring the needs of the business are achieved whilst ensuring full compliance with legislative and statutory standards.
Work closely with the HRM, liaising with colleges\/schools with regard to visits, placements, and open days. Ensure all new recruits have the required uniform and equipment upon starting and support the HRM with the production of individually tailored induction schedules as necessary.

• Preferred candidate should be a college \/ university degree graduate.<\/li>\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
