Description
Reviewing the monthly payroll run for all business areasReconciling month to month payroll to detect any irregularitiesKeeping track of staff off-cycle payments for all business areasChecking and reviewing all overtime requests to ensure required approvals according to policies Reconciling and analyzing indemnity and leave provisions to ensure accuracyPreparing ledger entriesMaintaining payroll files and entering all payroll informationPreparing payroll reports for managers
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related Proven work experience in multi organisation accounting system Over 7 years of relevant experience Experience with SAP is a must Strong leadership, follow-up, and analytical skills High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and details, and results-orientation Strong MS Excel skills Fluent in Arabic and English
