Overview of the role:<\/p>\n
This role is responsible to Contribute on achieving customer satisfaction goals by ensuring proper execution of customers service and repair requirements and vehicle delivery on time, <\/p>\n
What you will do:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure that the Service Department contributes to customer satisfaction by providing optimal customer care.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customers\u2019 needs and accurate repair order preparation.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floor, mats etc.)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes to cost and or completion times.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Create clear precise customer invoices that show and itemize all parts, labor and Material.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure all customers vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised completion time<\/p>\n
\u2022 Carry out the service delivery to the customers using the Honda Active delivery processes <\/p>\n
\u2022 Utilize the Service Appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Determine customers\u2019 needs and communicate these to the service shop to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time<\/p>\n
\u2022 Achieve Service centre budget <\/p>\n
Required Skills to be successful:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering <\/p>\n
\u2022 Customer service oriented <\/p>\n
\u2022 Min. 2 years in same field <\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent command in English <\/p>\n

Bachelor Degree with Engineering background <\/p>\n

Minimum Experience: 0-2 years in Automotive section<\/p>\n
