Warehouse & Showroom Stock Controller (Automobile)<\/p>\n

\n
• Maintain parts & products inventory using Dynamics system & in excel for verifying the quantities. <\/li>\n
• Perform physical periodic count of Parts & Products, send monthly & weekly reports to the management.<\/li>\n
• Provide analysis of stock (current & ageing stock report)<\/li>\n
• Respond to the sales team for stock requests by ensuring the correct quantity available. <\/li>\n
• Manage stock accuracy checks & discrepancy reporting process.<\/li>\n
• Supports Management with required MIS reports.<\/li>\n
• Avoiding products shortage by investigating on weekly basis.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring the damaged stock items are listed & informed to the Accounts Dept. along with Management.<\/li>\n
• Checking the stocks for missing barcodes.<\/li>\n
• Preparing for any Events or Marketing Activity & arrange the stock count procedures (Additional Products & Parts \/ Accessories for easier counting purposes)<\/li>\n
• Liaise with the Warehouse staff for & Showroom sales staff with regards to the Products storage & display Inventory.<\/li>\n
• Keep updated Inventory \/ Stock records including the daily, weekly, monthly Shipments that are received.<\/li>\n
• Coordinate with the Accounts Team & Management for regular Audits whenever required.<\/li>\n
• Forecast supply & demand to prevent overstocking & running out-of-stock items.<\/li>\n
• Conduct random daily count of Showroom display Inventory.<\/li>\n
• Report discrepancies between physical counts & inventory system records, share with Management for investigation & further action.<\/li>\n
• Ability to reconcile stock counts & Reporting.<\/li>\n
• Ensure compliance to all the company policy related to stock records & movement.<\/li>\n
• Ensure the Audits are completed as per the company requirements & the discrepancies are reported & resolved in a timely manner with concurrence of Management.<\/li>\n
• Support store replenishment of items & maintain correct stock levels at all times.<\/li>\n
• Manage all stock movement in & out, maintain log of all stock movement to ensure stocks are moving with all the correct documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Previous Automotive Parts Industry experience would be an advantage. <\/li>\n

  • Flexible and responsive to change, Self-motivated, confident and assertive <\/li>\n
  • Fluent in English, Arabic would be an advantage<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 4 plus years of experience. <\/li>\n
  • Experience in inventory\/stock and material control. <\/li>\n
