Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Under direction, performs several of the following duties, depending on the program\/project and in accordance with established standards and applicable regulatory policies<\/li>\n
• Assist in production coordination, and\/or in the planning, organization and documentation of projects<\/li>\n
• Oversee and coordinate project work; interpret plans & schedules to anticipate conflicts, coordinate and conduct meetings with affected parties, and oversee inspection and documentation of project work<\/li>\n
• Assist in the coordination and tracking of project submittals<\/li>\n
• Conduct analyses and prepare technical studies and reports<\/li>\n
• Study tender project (Specification, drawings, BOQ, tender circulars)<\/li>\n
• Rate build up for dry cost item<\/li>\n
• Attend Site visit and pre bit meeting<\/li>\n
• Re valuation of submitted tender for revised offer submission<\/li>\n
• Prepare the break down for tender cost BOQ merger item<\/li>\n
• Prepare The Quantity for material order on site<\/li>\n
• Prepare the RFQ to be out to sub\u2010contractors and Suppliers for various requirement<\/li>\n
• May perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Strong administration skills<\/li>\n
