Accommodation Supervisor
What will I be doing
As a AccommodationSupervisor, you will support the Human ResourcesDepartment by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire team members accommodation. Specifically, a Accommodation Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: <\/p>\n

• Perform routine inspections of all team members accommodation<\/li>\n
• Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues<\/li>\n
• Inspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms and corridors<\/li>\n
• Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects<\/li>\n
• Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment<\/li>\n
• Provide excellent service to all team members<\/li>\n
• Ensure the adherence to accommodation and brand standards at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Previous experience in a team members accommodationsupervisory role<\/li>\n
  • A successful track record of managing a team<\/li>\n
  • Strong organizational and analytic skills<\/li>\n
  • An attention to details<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication skills<\/li>\n
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency, preferred, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
