Suzuki Motorcycles Jordan is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
\u2022 Develop and implement a social media strategy through, benchmarking, platform determination, research, audience identification and messaging.
\u2022 Create regular and meaningful content for all social media platforms, including editing, publishing and sharing content daily (texts, images, video or HTML) to boost customer engagement and inspire the target audience to take action.
\u2022 Layout and optimize the company\u2019s social media pages on every platform to improve the visibility of the company\u2019s social content.
\u2022 Develop editorial calendars and coordinating schedules.
\u2022 Using analytical tools to capture and evaluate relevant social insights, metrics, best practices, and then using the data to monitor and assess the company\u2019s online performance, presence and provide positive future outcomes.
\u2022 Collaboration with various departments such as sales, customer relations, among others to oversee company\u2019s reputation, promote brand consistency, identify key planners and coordinate actions.
\u2022 Research opportunities for new social platforms and choose up-to-date processes that fit the audience\u2019s needs.
\u2022 Handle bad reviews, and negative news.
\u2022 Develop and oversee meaningful connections and engage the audience through messaging and dialogue.
\u2022 Staying current on emerging trends and best practices in social media.
\u2022 Define, implement and oversee the most vital social media KPIs.
\u2022 Collaborate and communicate with designers, industry professionals, and influencers to ensure our content is engaging and informative while also establishing a strong network in relation to the brand.
Requirements and Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a high energy level and be able to perform each essential duty in a timely and effective manner. The requirements listed below represent the minimum level of knowledge, skill and ability necessary:
\u2022 Minimum 2-3 years related experience.
\u2022 BS in Business, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
\u2022 Fluency in social media: Hands-on skills and knowledge of multiple social media. Platforms and awareness of current trends.
\u2022 Excellent communication skills: Solid writing, editing, storytelling and presentation skills with a strong sense of who the segment audience is and how to meet their needs.
\u2022 Strong understanding of networking tools: Competence of networking tools that makes it possible to manage several social media accounts from a single dashboard.
\u2022 Excellent time-management and organizational skills: Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple competing tasks and organize them, meet deadlines and achieve goals.
\u2022 Ability to think on their feet: Ability to confidently make the right decision at the spur of the moment.
