• Ensuring that customer reservations are fulfilled in a timely manner while meeting all deadlines<\/li>\n
• Processing payment for all reservations using a computer reservation system<\/li>\n
• Organizing and overseeing all reservations activities including making sales calls and soliciting new business<\/li>\n
• Assisting clients with special requests or problems with reservations, giving options \/ suggestions<\/li>\n
• Ensuring the accuracy of information in company databases related to client data, reservations, payments, and other records<\/li>\n
• Working with marketing staff to develop new products or services to meet customer needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
