Job Purpose:<\/p>\n

To manage the site in tenant designs for new construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\n
• Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.<\/li>\n
• Maintaining all the documentation and records regarding ongoing projects and completed ones of the tenants.<\/li>\n
• Supervise the ongoing project sites.<\/li>\n
• Workaround constraining factors such as planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.<\/li>\n
• Work closely with a team of other professionals such as engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists.<\/li>\n
• Apply for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.<\/li>\n
• Write and present reports, proposals, applications, and contracts to the Team Leader.<\/li>\n
• Specify the requirements for the project.<\/li>\n
• Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problems that may arise during construction.<\/li>\n
• Play a part in the project and team management.<\/li>\n
• Travel regularly to sites, proposed locations, and meetings.<\/li>\n
• Perform any other duty, within a reasonable professional boundary, as assigned by the Team leader from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.<\/li>\n
  • Great leadership and organizational skills.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent project management skills.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.<\/li>\n
