• Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, achieve targets<\/li>\n
• Build and maintain effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.<\/li>\n
• Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver best-in-class customer service and compliance to credit policy<\/li>\n
• Provide the Company with marketing\/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company performance<\/li>\n
• Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports for management use<\/li>\n
• Work with the Functional Managers to implement the Market Space strategies<\/li>\n
• Providing Management Information Reports<\/li>\n
• Providing cover in absence of Lubricants Managers in area management role.;<\/li>\n
• To carry out market analysis on competition, gather market intelligence in order to plan out sales promotional activities properly;<\/li>\n
• Effective management of branding activities in order to build strong brand presence in the markets;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • University degree, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of sales and marketing experience.<\/li>\n
  • Extensive working experience in similar roles at lubricants sales management level in a highly competitive sales environment.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent multiple stake holders & customer Relationship Management (CRM), with ability to establish adequate personal and professional relationships<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills both written\/spoken in English, high ability to influence<\/li>\n
  • Highly analytical and problem solving ability<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team <\/li>\n
  • Customer Service Oriented.<\/li>\n
  • Proactive, initiative and creative and highly result oriented<\/li>\n
  • Expert level sales & marketing experience at a Lead level within the lubricants segment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
