-Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel<\/p>\n

Proven experience as hr consultant<\/p>\n

Experience in project management preferably HR related<\/p>\n

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices<\/p>\n

Solid understanding of research methods and analysis<\/p>\n

Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)<\/p>\n

Ability to strategize and formulate business plans<\/p>\n

An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities<\/p>\n

Excellent communication and consulting skills<\/p>\n

A team player<\/p>\n

BSc\/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc\/MA in human resources will be a plus<\/p>\n
