Job Title : Loyalty Program Manager
Location : Sohar, Oman
Job Description
Key Accountabilities:<\/p>\n

\n
• Provides strategic leadership for the loyalty and marketing teams that deliver multi- channel rewards and loyalty programs to maximize customer value and brand engagement <\/li>\n
• Manage and approve the work of assigned agencies on marketing initiatives <\/li>\n
• Partner with key stakeholders to define the product roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance a best in class digital experience <\/li>\n
• Work closely with IT, UX, retail business teams, legal, marketing, customer service and leadership teams to bring products to market <\/li>\n
• Ensure thorough end-to-end testing and validation of products prior to launch <\/li>\n
• Measure product performance, report out on progress and KPIs <\/li>\n
• Grow the number of active members, penetration, and average value of each member <\/li>\n
• Manage team to oversee all aspects of program including daily operations, database, reporting & analytics <\/li>\n
• Meeting companies to join the program <\/li>\n
• Suggest reward plans for companies to o\ufb00er by joining <\/li>\n
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Skills :<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferred in Marketing departments or Loyalty programs. <\/li>\n
  • Candidates with a successful track record in Corporate reward programs will be preferred. <\/li>\n
  • The ideal candidate should have a fair understanding of the rules and regulations of rewards programs in Oman<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
