<b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/b>
<br \/>Service Operations
<br \/>Maintain high level of cleanliness of the store at all times. Coordinate timely replenishment of displayed items and refrigerated and chilled products and drinks. Maintains various machines and equipment used in fast food area such as the coffee and the microwave, etc. and ensures that they are cleaned and refilled continuously.
<br \/>Greet customers and offer assistance and advise customers on various services and products offered and their prices.
<br \/>Attend to the cash point area and receive the payments as assigned by the manager and in compliance with defined procedures. \u00b7 Conduct transaction processing with the required speed and care to ensure smooth and quick operation of the cash point area, avoiding unnecessary queuing or any inconvenience to customers.
<br \/>update oneself with product prices and attend to all bar code scanning whilst escalating any matters promptly for timely resolution.
<br \/>Obtain and comply with all authorization levels and protocols as defined in the procedures.
<br \/>Ensure that all foods and drinks served to customers are accurately registered and paid at the cash point. \u00b7 Attend to the various products displayed in the store and ensures proper pricing of various items as per instructions.
