Present the forecast income and cash flow every month on overall financial status, budget, income, expenditures, and reserves.<\/li>\n
Prepare and update financial statement reports report.<\/li>\n
Monitor the collection of the company's dues.<\/li>\n
Monitor the payment of the company's liabilities.<\/li>\n
Follow-up on all tax and audit-related matters coordinate with banks.<\/li>\n
Supervise the annual inventory check of assets and stores.<\/li>\n
Reviewing daily documents and financial & administrative procedures like daily records and invoices.<\/li>\n
Develop long-term plans for analysis of financial performance, cost control, benchmarking, and maintaining financial models to support business planning.<\/li>\n
Manage the preparation of Year End financial statement.<\/li>\n
Manage the preparation of the monthly accounting reports, monthly reports, yearly budget, and quarterly forecast and monitor its implementation.<\/li>\n
Ensure that all G\/L accounts are properly reconciled every month.<\/li>\n
Ensure that the cost is appropriately allocated between various departments.<\/li>\n
Follow-up with all legal matters and administrative formalities.<\/li>\n
