Your role as Sales Associate will be to provide exceptional levels of customer service to all customers.
Key Responsibilities as Sales Associate –
Assisting customers with inquiries about products, prices, and services by understanding their needsProviding customers with product recommendations that are best suited to their needsUtilizing advanced sales techniques to increase sales and focus on upselling and cross-sellingBuilding long-term relationships with customers, promoting products, and overseeing visual merchandising. Ensuring stock replenishment is reliable at all times.Integrating CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback coordinating with after-sales service with Customer Care Centre
To be qualified for the Sales Associate position –
At least 1 year + of Sales experience in high end segment retailExcellent communication skills – spoken and writtenStrong selling skills & customer orientedConfident, friendly & engaging personalityGraduate or Diploma in Business Administration, sales or related courses
